KCG began in 1999 as a vision of President Christine Kocsis. After over 20 years of working in the healthcare benefits field, Chris recognized that there was often a large gap between the installation of software and technologies and the daily practical implementation of these investments. KCG was founded to provide services that build a bridge between technology and its application, as well as to offer a complete package of business readiness and change management tools and applications.

Assess

• Your KCG assessment team will arrive on-site and conduct detailed interviews with Human Resources, Information Technology, and key employees in relevant departments. These interviews will help determine skill levels as well as identify available tools and resources. Objectives for the proposed project work will be discussed during these interviews.

Advise

• Upon completion of the assessment phase, the KCG team will create and present a plan of action specifically tailored to your firm’s unique needs.

Apply

• The plan of action is implemented in this phase. Your KCG team will be on-site to create deliverables, deliver training to your key employees, and provide consultative resources as needed. Our goal is to help facilitate a very smooth transition to your new system or business approach.
  

Achieve

• As a client of KCG, you will have access to the wide array of our business planning services. Upon successful completion of your initial project, KCG team members will be pleased to assist you with additional projects to meet the future needs of your organization.
